RATES - SUBJECT TO CHANGE

If you are a member, the price displayed should be your discounted price after you sign in. If you do not see the rate you expected, please contact CPMA so we can adjust your member type. POLICIES

By registering you agree to these terms and conditions: Registration confirmations and CECH transcripts will be sent via email. CECH transcripts will be sent by August 31, 2020. No CECH will be sent prior to July 15. If written confirmation is not received, please email jsteed@calpma.org or call (800) 794-8988. If incorrect member type has been selected, you will be contacted prior to processing. Discounted registration must be received by Wednesday, March 25, 2020. Late fee begins Thursday, May 14, 2019. Pre-registration ends Wednesday, June 10, 2020. Payment must be received to secure registration.

All registration cancelations must be supplied in writing by email, mail or fax and received by Wednesday, May 13, 2020 to receive a full refund. Cancelations received on or between Thursday, May 14 and Wednesday, May 20, 2020 will receive a refund minus a $35 administration fee. No refunds will be issued on or after Thursday, May 21, 2020. Refunds are not granted to no-shows.

Registration for the DPM scientific program includes access to virtual general sessions and the PICA webinar. Health Professionals are responsible for confirming with their respective licensing boards whether credits from this meeting are acceptable.
